My Three Rules For Worry

Here
Too many people waste too much time and energy worrying. Here are the rules that will keep you from doing that.
If you can do something about it right now, do it.
If you can do something about it sometime in the near future, do that thing at that time, and don't worry about it in the interim.
If you can never do anything about it, don't worry about it.
